I’m a fully qualified Yoga Alliance teacher and teach Vinyasa (dynamic or power yoga), Yin and Yang style classes around the Hitchin, Clifton and Shefford area. All classes are suitable for beginners to intermediate level and most last one hour and mats are provided; but do bring your own if you have one!
I also teach private classes on a one-to-one basis or in groups of two or three.

The last Monday of the month is a 75 min strength focused Yang class.
